We called on a Saturday morning when we needed cleaning done to a rental unit on a Sunday, prior to a Monday move-in. Michigan Prime Shine was the first to respond and was able to arrange cleaning for Sunday morning at 10 am. We requested that they focus in particular on a few things, especially cleaning the walls. The walls could honestly use painting, but the cleaning team went right to work and brightened them up considerably. The cleaning team was courteous, professional, and did the job in the stated time for the stated cost.The folks in the office, John and Oliver, were also courteous and responsive to all the detailed work we requested. This company was so easy to work with because I needed a specific date for service because of limited time in the area. They sent three cleaners and each started efficiently and expertly cleaning the areas. It was a rhythm for sure. The price was unbeatable in my opinion. In my home area, windows and carpet cleaning are extras, and are much higher than the estimate from Michigan Prime Shine. This made a move out clean so smooth and the price was extremely worth it.
